Salary Range: $1500 – $1800 monthly

REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of Bachelor degree in engineering, administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a factory manager in a production company
* Demonstrable skills of leadership
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to use Ms Office & Excel
* Good report, documentation, and presentation skills
* In depth knowledge of managing and leading a team in a manufacturing company
* Proficiency in implementing and maintaining safety standards
* Sound knowledge of industry specific factory equipment.
